Senior Applied AI/Data Scientist with more than 5 years of work experience focused on deep learning applications in sensing and Bayesian MCMC time-series prediction. With strong background in machine learning in production (MLOps), and statistical A/B testing.
Research Interests
My research mainly focuses on MCMC algortihms and its applications in Machine Learning and Deep Learning for sensing. Currently, I especially interested in the following topics:
Presentations
Some of my presentations on MCMC applications:
Segment Anything Django SAR app (satellite imagery with machine learning (SIML)) Link
Deep MCMC timeseries prediction Link
ML Advanced Probabilistic Methods Link
Convolutional Neural Network: A Brief History Link
MCMC employee's burnout rate prediction: Full Bayesian Analysis Link
Projects
Here, you can find some of my projects which I did for different companies:
Conducted MLOps and Machine Learning initiatives, crafting deep transfer learning models on Vertex AI, mlFlow, and Terraform to boost acoustic sensor accuracy by 95% in F1-Score. Leveraged BigQuery on Google Cloud Platform for handling large datasets and fine-tuned pretrained transformer models (ResNet-16) to ensure robust sensor data acquisition while having different environmental noises.
I was applying data science, deep transfer learning and data-driven solutions in sensing, which improved the performance of the models by 92% of precision, reduced sensing costs by 40%. I filed a state-of-the-art patent in sensing based on what I did.
CNNs Audio classification Based on Mel Spectograms in PyTorch
MLP and CNN Analysis of Fashion-MNIST dataset
Bayes and Naive Bayes Implementation and Analysis of IRIS dataset
Logistic Regression Implementation and Analysis of Reuters-21578 dataset
SVM Implementation and Analysis of Adult-Income dataset
ID3 Decision Tree Algorithm Implementation with Post Pruning
